First, PE

Second, PP
The burning phenomenon is roughly the same as that of PE, and there may be a small amount of black smoke. After the flame is extinguished, there is a petroleum smell similar to kerosene.
Third, Nylon or PA
The burning is slow. After removing the fire source, if the ambient temperature is not too high, or there is a metal accessory to take away the heat, the burning time is not long, and then it will be extinguished by itself. The color of the flame is yellow and blue. In the near flame, the plastic surface will melt and blister. After extinction, there is a smell like burnt wool or nails.
Fourth, PS and ABS
It is easy to burn and can continue to burn after leaving the fire source. The burning is incomplete, the flame is yellow, and there is a thick black smoke charcoal bundle, which is filled with the smoke. But PS's carbon beam is slightly less. When burning, the plastic surface near the flame softens and is less prone to dripping. The PS surface will foam, while the ABS surface will not be foamed and will be coked. After quenching, PS has a styrene monomer smell, and ABS has a very unique odor.
Five, PC
The burning phenomenon is close to PS, but the burning speed is slow, and it will slowly extinguish after leaving the fire. After extinguishing, it will emit a flowery fruit flavor.
Six, PMMA
There is no carbon beam flying when burning, the flame is light blue, the top is white, and after burning, it emits strong floral and fruity smell and rotten vegetable smell.
Seven, PVC
It is hard to burn, and it is easy to self-extinguish after being separated from the fire source. When burning, the flame is yellow above, the bottom is green, and sometimes a small yellow green flame is sprayed, white smoke emerges, and the smell is spicy and pungent. The melt softens while burning, and the wire can be pulled.
Eight, PVC material
The material is very soft, it will automatically extinguish when it leaves the fire source. When burning, the flame is yellow, green, yellow, green and white, with chlorine smell. Problems that are prone to occur - lack of glue, peaks, shrinkage, water marks, oil stains, charring, etc.
Nine HIPS materials
The beer table is dull (no ABS light), the break is not white, the strength is worse than ABS, the surface is not harder than ABS (can be felt with knife), easy to burn (but not as good as ABS), orange flame when burning, thick The thick black smoke has bubbles (ABS no), and it has a light fragrance. It can continue to burn away from the fire source.
Ten, GP material (GPPS)
Prone to problems - opaque, trapped, gas-deficient, wiped, etc. The transparency of the beer is extremely high and brittle, and other characteristics are similar to HIPS.
XI, ABS material
Problems that are prone to occur - trapped air, bubbles, color mixing, cracking, obturator, die, drag, lack of glue. The surface of the beer is bright, hard (relative to HIPS material), high in strength, and the fold is white. The surface of the beer is smooth and easy to burn. The flame is yellow, black smoke, there is a drop under the melt, and there is a paste smell. The fire can continue to burn.
Twelve, PP material
Problems that are prone to occur - matte, crisp, flower, lack of glue, shrinkage, etc. The material is slightly soft, not easy to break, light weight, can float on the water surface, touch the surface of the beer has a tactile sensation, is very easy to burn, can be self-extinguished from the fire source, flame blue, yellow top, a little white smoke, will rise Drops under the melt, oily taste, like coal.
Thirteen, PE materials
The beer is softer than PP material, not easy to break, can float on the water surface, the flame is blue when burning, yellow, very easy to burn, will not self-extinguish from the fire, smokeless, there will be drops under the melt, it will rise, there is paraffin Odor (this black spot is very different from PP material).
Fourteen, POM materials
Prone problems - lack of glue, charring, excessive temperature deformation, shrinkage, etc. It is brittle and easy to break. It can be burned. It can be self-ignited away from the fire source. The flame is clear blue, smokeless, and there is a drop under the melt. The smell is poisonous and particularly pungent, which makes people cry (this is the biggest feature).
Fifteen, PA material
Prone problems - deformation, shrinkage, lack of glue, color mixing, mixing points, etc. The most difficult to break (especially after the water has been smashed), the hand touches the beer with a sense of horn wax, flame blue, yellow top, foam, a burnt wool smell, leaving the fire source, will automatically extinguish.
XVI, PMMA
Also known as Acrylic (acrylic, plexiglass), it has the best transparency and is easy to machine.
Seventeen, PC material
Prone to problems - surface dull, top explosion, trapped gas, lack of glue, missing materials, mold flowers. (Bulletproof rubber) The beer piece is hard, transparent, not easy to be exploded, not easy to break, difficult to burn, yellow flame, thick smoke, spray flame, will automatically extinguish when leaving the fire source.
Eighteen, K material
The material is soft, transparent, not brittle, and the burning characteristics are like HIPS.
Nineteen, KRATON material
The appearance is similar to PVC but the surface is not light. The beer has a pyrotechnic flavor. It will not harden when placed in the refrigerator, and the PVC will freeze more and harder. This is the biggest difference from PVC.
