1. PE

It is easy to burn and can continue to burn after leaving the fire source. When burning, the upper end of the flame is yellow and the lower end is blue. The combustion is more complete, and there is little black smoke. Near the flame, the plastic has a dripping phenomenon, similar to the flow of ore candle wax, and the melt is rarely smoky. After the flame was extinguished, there was a clear smell of paraffin burning.

Second, PP

The burning phenomenon is roughly the same as PE, there may be a small amount of black smoke. After the flame is extinguished, it smells like kerosene.

3. Nylon or PA

Combustion is relatively slow. After removing the source of the fire, if the ambient temperature is not too high, or there are metal accessories to take away the heat, the burning time is not long, and it will extinguish itself later. The flame color is yellow to blue. Near the flame, the plastic surface will melt dripping and foaming. After extinguishing, it smells like burnt wool or nails.

4. PS and ABS

It is easy to burn and can continue to burn after being away from the fire source. The combustion is extremely incomplete, the flame is yellow, and there is a dense bundle of black smoke charcoal, which escapes with the smoke and diffuses around. But the carbon beam of PS is slightly less. When burning, the plastic surface near the flame softens and does not drip easily. The PS surface will blister, while the ABS surface will not be foamed but will be in a scorched state. After extinguishing, PS has the odor of styrene monomer, and ABS has a very unique odor.

Five, PC

The burning phenomenon is close to PS, but the burning speed is slow, and it will slowly extinguish after being removed from the fire.

Six, PMMA

When burning, there is no charcoal beam flying, the flame is light blue, and the top is white. After burning, it emits a strong smell of flowers and fruits and rotten vegetables.

Seven, PVC

It is more difficult to burn, and it is easy to extinguish after leaving the fire source. When burning, the flame is yellow above, the bottom is green, and sometimes a small yellow-green flame is sprayed, emitting white smoke, and the smell is spicy and pungent. The melt softens while burning, and can pull out the silk.

8. PVC material

The material is very soft, it will be extinguished automatically when it leaves the fire source. The flame is yellow, green, yellow, green and white smoke when burning, and has the smell of chlorine. Problems that are easy to occur-lack of glue, peaks, shrinkage, water marks, oil stains, scorching, etc.

Nine HIPS material

The beer table is matte (no ABS bright), the fracture is not white, the strength is worse than ABS, the surface is not harder than ABS (it can be felt by cutting with a knife), it is easy to burn (but not as good as ABS), orange flame when burning, thick The dense black smoke has bubbles (no ABS), and has a slight fragrance. It can continue to burn after leaving the fire source.

Ten, GP material (GPPS)

Problems that are prone to occur-opaque surface, trapped air, lack of air, rubbing flowers, etc. The transparency of the beer is very high, it is very brittle, and the other characteristics are similar to HIPS.

11. ABS material

Problems that are easy to appear-sleepy gas, bubbles, color mixing, cracking, closed cells, die printing, dragging, lack of glue. The surface of the beer piece is bright, hard (relative to HIPS material), high in strength, the fold is white, the surface of the beer is smooth, easy to burn, the flame is yellow, the smoke is black, there is a drop of melt, there is a paste smell, away The fire can continue to burn.

12. PP material

Problems that are easy to appear-dumb color, brittle material, material flower, lack of glue, shrinkage, etc. The material is slightly soft, not easy to break, the specific gravity is light, it can float on the surface of the water, the surface of the beer is tactile, it is easy to burn, and it can extinguish itself when leaving the source of the fire. The melt dripped, the smell of petroleum, like coal.

13. PE material

Beer parts are softer than PP materials, not easy to break, and can float on the water surface. The flame is blue and yellow when burning. It is very easy to burn. It will not self-extinguish from the fire. There is no smoke. The melt will drip, and it will rise. Smell (this black spot is particularly different from PP material).

14. POM material

Problems that are easy to occur-lack of glue, scorching, excessive temperature deformation, shrinkage, etc. It is brittle and easy to break. It can burn. It can spontaneously ignite from the source of the fire. The flame is clear blue, smokeless, and the liquid dripping. The odor is poisonous and particularly pungent, which can cause tears (this is the biggest feature).

Fifteen, PA material

Problems that are prone to occur-deformation, shrinkage, lack of glue, color mixing, mixing points, etc. It is the hardest to break (especially after boiling with water). The beer touched by hand feels like wax, flame blue, yellow top, foam, and a smell of burnt wool. It will automatically extinguish when it leaves the fire source.

16. PMMA

Also known as acrylic (acrylic, plexiglass), it has the best transparency and is easy to machine.

17. PC material

Problems that are prone to occur-the surface is not shiny, burst, trapped, lack of glue, uneven material, die flowers, etc. (Bulletproof rubber) The beer pieces are hard, transparent, not easy to explode, not easy to break, difficult to burn, yellow flame, thick smoke, jet flame, will automatically extinguish when leaving the fire source.

Eighteen, K material

The material is soft, transparent, not brittle, and the burning characteristics are similar to HIPS materials.

Nineteen, KRATON material

The appearance is similar to PVC but the surface is not smooth. The beer pieces have a pyrotechnic smell and will not harden when put in the refrigerator. The PVC is harder and harder. This is the biggest difference from PVC.
